One bottle of "Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon (Elizabeth Salmon Special)" rosé champagne of the 2006 year produced by the winery "Billecart-Salmon (Salon Emperor). The wine was first brewed in 1988 to honor Elizabeth Sharon, co-founder of the winery. It is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay Chardonnay. The palate is rich and deep, with complex notes of red fruit, citrus peel, drupes (such as fresh figs, white peaches), almond biscuits, wild strawberries and roses.
